Cancellations requested 24 hours or more before the scheduled Puja/Service date are eligible for a 90% refund. The remaining 10% is retained as an administrative and processing fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are strictly non-refundable. This is because the temple already commits resources, offerings (prasad), and priestly schedules based on your booking.
Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours of the request. However, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time and Razorpay's policies.
In the rare event that the temple cancels a service due to unavoidable religious rituals or emergencies, a 100% refund will be issued, or an alternative date will be offered.
Failure to arrive at the temple at the scheduled time without prior notice will be treated as a "No-Show," and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
